i am trying to open the application and it says: the application was unable to retrieve enough information from the server. what do i do? please help!

i got it working but when i try to log in it fails to authenticate. what do i do? please help...

If your using Tekndude's Webjal version 3 with patch then sign in as webjal and leave password blank. If your using Vinnycuz's version then leave both fields blank.
