#1 | | Junior Member | Hello, I have an issue with nextels web and I just signed up for nextel. Tech support could not do a damn thing for me and no one else at nextel could either. Here is my problem. When I click on somethings in the web, i get "empty". I click on business tools and instead it of loading things to click on, i get "empty". In the category email&im, it does the same thing for both. Also, my web portals is pratically empty. I only have 1 category in it, which is like mbn audio. Anyone have any idea whatsoever whats going on? Nextel has no clue. They have been very poor dealing with me and I am new customer who just signed up for 2 years! They have been rude with me actually. I have been hung up on many times while being transfered. Anyhow, does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

#4 | | Newbie | Im having the same problem when i try to access my AIM. I called tech support enough times that they would just randomly hang up on me...lol. Why did they let me sign up for something that doesnt work....sigh. Anyone have a solution?

Edit: oh and same phone i730 | I can fix your AIM issue. Send me your Sub ID. if you do not know what this is it can be found under Nextel Home, then Nextel.com then Sub ID, I just need the numbers not the rest. | | |

I have no web portals, and no email and Im, as well as other things are not working. They say "empty" when i click on them.. And nextel has NO CLUE how to solve this. Atleast I am not the only one with the problem! | | |
