Service expiriences?

I am contemplating switching from T-mobile to Nextel, but I have read horror stories about the contract being re-newed without permission, and horrible customer service; people not being helped when they have problems. How has your service been?

this is actually the complete opposite of what i have experienced. I have had nextel for 5 years now and love it. I have had experience with just about every carrier, customer service wise and nextel has been by far the best. I have never heard of them renewing a contract without the customers agreement, besides that would be illegal.
