Webjal and USB problems please help

im trying to connect my phone to webjal but it says that the application was unable to read the required phone information, please check your cable connection and your preferences and try again. if anyone with webjal expertise could help me i would appreciate it thanks

try to reinstall webjal and the driver of the usb.
