Nextel i930 why can't you find them I did, need help let me know

What's all the fuss about the Motorola i930 (Multimedia Phone)
is available at limited places but for about $299.99 after the rebates.

Just about all the big online cellphone sites have them for $299 with a new activation (like you said after rebates). None have it for $299 for upgrades or replacement phones which is what most of the people here want.

whats the best way to get real ringtones on the 930's. i just picked one up and tried to get one off nextel's website but it wont send to the phone and i cant figure out how to download them from the phone either

how do i get dbpoweramp to open up the napster files to convert.

if they are copy right protected you will not be able to. you will need to find a way around it.

ok i still cant get the files from napster to convert cause they are copywrited by napster. anyway to get around that.

also the files i get off limewire when i convert them and listen to them on the phone the bass drowns everything out. do i just need to get a music equilizer and turn the bass down.

where in the process of converting the file would i need to do that

try cooledit pro to adjust the quality. It is no longer made or supported but you can get an unlocked version via google or limewire. Warning though it is very advanced but, it can convert chop and adjust the ringtone all from 1 place. maybe try dbpoweramps forum they might have something there.

sorry if I missed this, but what megapixels is the camera on the i930? My friend was showing me this new sprint phone he got last night and it was 2.0 MP and also had a built in camcorder. It was really cool. THanks

im pretty sure all nextel camera phones have camcorder..so no big thing, the 870 and 930 can be switched to record to the memory card, so on my 512 i can get like i dunnno more than 1 hr im pretty sure.

The i930, i275, i860, and i850 all are a 1/3 of a megpixel camera. The i870 stands alone at 1.3 megapixels. As far as video the i860, i870, and i930 are the only ones. The i860 is limited to 15 secs for each video. The other 2 are limited to the size of the memory card.

It should be changing now that Sprint took over. Nextel was not thinking for the average consumer who wants features. They were supporting the business person that wanted functionality. Sprint is more of a consumer company and you should slowly see a move more toward consumer features.

I have one but I have it locked, does anyone knows how to unlock it, when I power it up it ask me for a Subsidy lock, and a enter special code now, what do I need to do.
