My phone also shipped this morning....got an email from Nextel....I was also shocked. I ordered mine on the 6th when it came out. Good luck to the rest of you.

I want to get the i930, however someone said you can incur data charges while normally surfing the web. Can you still do the net alert Tekniwap thing and if so will you incur any charges?

Well I happened to log onto my online account today to check things out. My i930 was shipped the other day and I was just curious to see if the phone was charged to my account. All I can say is that this company is screwed up. When I bought my phone as an upgrade I also upgraded my plan. Well instead of doing an upgraded they added my new phone and plan as a totally seperate and second phone. So now I am being charged for two phones. I swear this whole experience has been the worst I have had in a long time with any purchase. After waiting 10 days on backorder now I have to deal with this. You know when I call tommorow they will tell me they have it all straight...until my bill comes. What a joke!!!

you need to get the 20 dollar internet bundle, its unlimited internet, and data, with like 200 text messages or something, u can run ur outlook express or anything that uses data, and its included, they called it bundle pack 7 or something like that

you are like the only guy that i know that has the i930. I just want to ask you a few questions about it.
#1 Does it have Picture ID?
#2 Does it still have voice recorder?

MAN, THIS PHONE HAS CAUSED A BIG UPROAR ALREADY! I have been waiting for the phone and decided to wait for the first couple of phones to ship to see what bugs are in them but it looks like the short changed us all. Nextel has screwed up bigtime with this merger. Oh well, hope I can get mine soon b4 the next gen phones are supposedly out.

Aahh, Yes the 7100i is out but it gets bad phone reception. Anyway, has anybody heard anything about the Motorola SLVRL7? It looks like it may be a new nextel phone. It has the PTT button and is like the Razor but with out the flip. Check it out.

i was the first one to have a 930 in the dayton ohio area, the store i got it at was brand new and only got 2 in and i was lucky, now u cant even find em, but yeah it
yeah it has picture ID
yes it has voice recorder still
and tons of more stuff, its a great phone, has so much im only about half way through the manual

no way that is going to be for Nextel and the 7100i does not have any service/reception issues. that was a problem with the very first T-Mobile 7100 series phone released and has long since been resolved.
