If a standard battery only gives me 2 hrs stand by then an extended life battery will only give me 4 hrs of stand by. I didnt purchase this phone for standby, I bought it to use ALL of its features. I apologize for your frustration over this issue. The i930 is advertised
on our Web site as having 95 hours of standby and 165 minutes of talk
time. Obviously there is a legitimate problem.
I do not blame you at all for wanting to replace the faulty unit; however,
Customer Care can not do that for you. You will have to call Order
Support at 1-866-203-0952 for that. If you wish to speak to a supervisor
you can call Customer Care at 1-800-390-9545. I can not forward your
email to a Supervisor and have them call you as we provide Customer
Service via email response.
