cant connect my i605 to carrier.15

I downloaded Carrier 15 to get my Code Plug for my i605. But every time i try to read my phone it says unable to connect to devise. It says maybe ur battery is to low but its FULL. And to set ur Baudrate to Auto and it is? I can anyone tell me what might be the problem?
