missing the famous blackberry keyboard. t-mobile has the 7100t which is pretty much the same thing. It is not a hot seller because it is missing the keyboard. The keyboard is what blackberry is known for.

some people love the 7100 series keyboard but I agree that it is for the lighter email user. It is great for people who need the push email but are more focused on the phone end. I personally have not tried typing on the 7100 series keyboard. I have the 7520 and can type faily quickly and use it very heavily so I don't feel that this is a good choice for me but I do believe it has its place.

Tested the 7100t from t-mobile and the keyboard sucks! Also the phone has bad reception compared to 7520 others at my job have. I was looking forward to this phone too since the I930 was taking forever.

you cannot compare the reception of a 7100t from T-Mobile to a Nextel 7520. they are different service providers.
