Just bought a i860 off ebay...with SIM.. how do i activate?

well it isnt here yet, but im gettin it prolly by the end of the week, and it comes with a sim, im thinkin my grandma can get me an account b/c she has a sprint so she should b able 2 get a 2yr contract, but i was wondering do i just take the phone down there and ask them if i can get a contract? i really never messed with no phones expect my sidekick 2 i had, so im switching over to the nextel world haha, just any help on what i would do would help alot

what you do is get a plan and get the worst phone they have, i think that they give you an i205 for free. just take that and take out the sim that they gave you and insert it into your 860 and boom, your all set. now if you can sell the i205 or keep it as a backup

yea it helped, but the only problem is @ all the nextel stores around here only have phones for a price..50$... and i dont wanna spend 50$ on a phone im not going to use...

the guy who is sellin me the i860 has a sim card included with the phone... and i was wondering if i could activate the sim card with it.. like how would i go about that.. if its even possible...

im not sure then, give nextel a call, they should be able to assist you.
