Switching sims i355 to i530

Hi, Im new so go easy on me...
I was issued a giant i355 at work and i bought a i530 on ebay. I switched the SIM cards and my addresses were all there, but i couldnt make any calls. I called Nextel ,and the lady had me do some exercises within the phone to try to get it to work. She finally said that I would have to press #, *, then menu then right directional. This didnt work, as nothing happened. can anyone advise? I'd rather not be stuck with a useless phone. Thanks in advance.

menu -> settings -> advanced-> connectivity-> and master reset. Security code is 000000 follow all the positive prompts.. you know yes ok then it will power off. Power it back on. you should be good to go..

Thanks bro, I did exactly that. The trick is, itll take a minute or 2 to work after you turn the phone back on. Im up and running, Thanks again!
