MIDI Converter

i got a question is there any free midi converters out there. ( i want to convert WAV to midi!!!!!) i have a i265 phone and i got webjal. but webjal only does mid files and if the i265 wont accept midi then is there a transfer program that does what ever i265 phones take. yes ive tried the mobile internet ways those dont work ...

Webjal has a pulldown to load formats other than midi.
