    What I am offering is better discounts and better customer service on new lines of service with Sprint or Nextel. I work at the corporate office and can usually get people better deals then they are able to aquire in a store or online. Also, once someone gets service with me, I become there personal Representative. This means they no longer have to call the 800 number or go to a store, they can just call me directly.

    I can't do anything with accessories unless a new line is added, I only deal with new lines of service

    Can you do anything about the TERRIBLE NEXTEL SERVICE???? The dropped calls, the system busy errors and always having NO SERVICE???? I feel bad for Sales Reps like you who have to try and sell their crappy service!

    They are selling it because people like you buy it, duh
    I used to work for Cingular and we hardly sold phones, but the Sprint/Nextel was next to us sold them like crazy.
    Crappy service, dropped calls, but people buy it, so what did I do? joined their team, started working for them. Still bad reception, expensive nextel phones, dropped calls...but fatter paycheck
    Anyways..go for a hybrid phone man, it will give you better reception. Trust me
