What I am offering is better discounts and better customer service on new lines of service with Sprint or Nextel. I work at the corporate office and can usually get people better deals then they are able to aquire in a store or online. Also, once someone gets service with me, I become there personal Representative. This means they no longer have to call the 800 number or go to a store, they can just call me directly.

Customer service has no way that I know of to upgrade accounts to allow extra lines. I may be able to do it. Please email me directly at [email protected]. I'll need your account number or one of the cell numbers on your account to look it up and see what I can do. Thanks!

I can't do anything with accessories unless a new line is added, I only deal with new lines of service

What was the error you got when you tried to reply to the PM?

Can you do anything about the TERRIBLE NEXTEL SERVICE???? The dropped calls, the system busy errors and always having NO SERVICE???? I feel bad for Sales Reps like you who have to try and sell their crappy service!

They are selling it because people like you buy it, duh
I used to work for Cingular and we hardly sold phones, but the Sprint/Nextel was next to us sold them like crazy.
Crappy service, dropped calls, but people buy it, so what did I do? joined their team, started working for them. Still bad reception, expensive nextel phones, dropped calls...but fatter paycheck
Anyways..go for a hybrid phone man, it will give you better reception. Trust me
