cant get any of the jal's to see the phone

hey guys i am having a heck of a time getting ringtones loaded on my 850 or 560 it worked before now it dont i can see and read the phone with carrier,lab or depot no problem but myjal,webjal nor labjal detects it it shows up in the devie manager motorolla usb modem but none of the others see it it use to make a sound when i hit conect to phone like a usb device being plugged in but now it dont just sits there and the say scheck conections i rebooted pc and phone both over and over no go any help would be apreciated

the phone and the virtual port were both using com 3
