I've had Nextel service pretty much as soon as it came about. I've had my i860 cell phone for a while now. Now in the past few days, it is not picking up incoming calls. All it reads is "Line 1" instead of the caller id picking up the incoming callers information.

I've searched the phone functions over and over to see if I messed up a setting of some sort. But it doesn't seem to have any option to turn "on or off" caller ID settings.

I know I had it before. Each person who I have in my phone use to come up when calling in. But now even those I've entered into my phone, don't appear in caller id anymore either.

    Anyone else having this issue?

No i dont have that issue..but I do know that the i860 has been 3 or 4 better software updates. You wanna go here: Motorola iDEN - Product Support

and check the latest firmware update utility on your phone model. Then press #,*,MENU,Right arrow on your phone (as fast as you can), select UNIT INFO, then SOFTWARE, and see what version you have. If it dont match. Update it, download the firmware (you also need a data cable).
    Latest i860 firmware: R1C.02.04

Oh that's great! I didn't know that it updated. I guess I should have thought of that being that it does have software that "might" need updating. I bet that's probably it.

Thanks, I'll go do that now and I appreciate your feedback!
