I have recently just bought a Motorola I580 cell phone. I bought it and it said it was used for 2 weeks. It was a replacement phone for my old phone because it broke. When I go to type in a number it makes a loud dialing noise. But when I go to the volume settings and go to keypad it is at zero. It only makes this noise with the keypad when you dial numbers and thats it. Does anyone have any idea how to change it?

You have to turn off the external Walkie Talkie speaker.. use the button on the top of the phone. That is the reason that the dialing noise is coming through with keypad volume off. I have the same phone, and have had other iDen phones that all do the same thing.
