Any way to copy contacts from Sony Ericsson w810i to Nokia Lumia 610?

I just bought a new Nokia Lumia 610 (Virgin PAYG). Only trouble is I haven't found a way to copy contacts from the Sony to the Nokia. I've been able to back up a copy of everything from the old phone to my PC using MyPhoneExplorer but that isn't compatible with the Nokia (which is a Windows phone). Also transferring via bluetooth doesn't work as the Nokia won't recognise the Sony (although the Sony finds the Nokia). I probably could download all of my contacts from Outlook onto Google then transfer to the Nokia but this would be a really bad option as I have many more Outlook contacts than I would ever want on my phone.

Does anyone know if there's a version of MyPhoneExplorere that's supported by the Nokia? Or anything else that would work?

Can the program export contacts as .vcd or .csv?

If not you can backup your contacts to a memory card on the Sony by going to Contacts > More > Options > Advanced > Back Up to memory card.

Then use a card reader to transfer the file to your computer from card > System > PIM > PB_Backup.vcf

Import the file into google and sync with your phone.

I managed to upload my Sony contacts to my PC with Myphoneexplorer. Then I found I could save them to a csv file. I imported this file to my Google Contacts. The hard part was a lot of copy and paste so that the names would appear in the proper place. Still doing this. Theoretically I should be able to download the Google Contacts into my Nokia phone....to be continued as this is still a work very much in progress and it's late....thanks very much for your suggestions. Spot on.

If you can get them into excel (excel will open a csv) you can edit there - would be a lot easier to edit. If not excel then Google docs.
