Contact Management

Add a Contact:

  1. Tap "People" on the Start screen
  2. Swipe to contacts and tap "+"
  3. If necessary, select the account to save the contact on
  4. Add the contact's details, name, and phone number in the appropriate fields
  5. When ready, tap the "Save" icon and your contact will be stored and automatically backed up on your Microsoft account

Import / Export Contacts (SD Card):

  1. From the Start screen, swipe left and go to "applications"
  2. Tap "Transfer my data"
  3. Tap the menu icon "…"
  4. Select to "Import from SD card" or "Export to SD card" and follow the on-screen prompts

Import Contacts (SIM Card):

  1. Tap "People" on the Start screen
  2. Tap "…" > "Settings"
  3. Tap "Import from SIM"
  4. Tap "Import" to import all of the contacts, or tap "clear" and check the boxes associated with the contacts you want to import individually

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Launch "People" and swipe to contacts
  2. Tap the contact you want to add to speed dialing
  3. Tap and hold the contact's phone number
  4. Tap "add to speed dial"

Delete a Contact:

  1. On the Start screen, tap "People"
  2. Swipe to contacts and tap the desired contact
  3. Tap "…"
  4. Tap "Delete" to confirm

Caller Group Management

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Tap the "People" tile on the Start screen
  2. Swipe to left or right to get to "Rooms" and "Groups"
  3. Tap "+" > "Group" to add a new group
  4. Enter the desired name for the group
  5. Tap the "save" icon at the bottom
  6. To add contacts to the group, tap "+"

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Tap the "People" tile
  2. Access the "Rooms" and "Groups" page
  3. Tap and hold the group you want to add contacts to
  4. Tap "members" > "+"
  5. Tap the contacts you want to add to the group
  6. Tap the "Check mark" icon
  7. Repeat as many times you need to add more contacts to the group
