Forward Calls:

  1. From the Start screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “…” located in the lower-right corner
  3. Tap “Settings” and swipe to “Call forwarding”
  4. Turn the call forwarding switch to “ON”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Save”

Cancel Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “…”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding” to disable the feature (turn the switch OFF)

Block Calls:

  1. On the Start screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Swipe left / right to the “history” screen
  3. Tap and hold the phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “block number…”
  5. Tap “OK”

Block Messages:

  1. Swipe the Start screen left to “Apps”
  2. Scroll to and tap “Messaging”
  3. In the list, tap and hold the phone number you want to stop receiving messages from
  4. Tap “block number…” > “OK” to confirm

Unblock Numbers for Calls & Messages:

  1. While viewing the Start screen, swipe left
  2. From the “apps” screen, tap “Settings”
  3. Swipe to and tap “call + SMS filter”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap & hold the number you want to remove from the block list
  6. Tap “Unblock”
