    As far as I know you can't use picture messages on a 3360.

    I went through 3 of them. With all of them, I found them to reboot occasionally. (most frequently when I'd hit "77" to delete a voicemail, and then press "end")

    Also, I thought the audio quality wasn't as good as my 61XX phone was.

    Lastly, I had problems with the keypad on 2 of the phones. The buttons seemed to wear out after a few months. I haven't ever had these problems with any other nokia phone before or since.
