awww im not trying to get a new one, just trying to fix it, one day i tried to turning on the light and it just wouldnt go on, i tried turning off my phone and trying again but nothing happened, i took out the battery and tried my brothers but still no success, any help would be greatly appreciated

hey man i got a 6800 too and the prob is most likely the contacts at thew top of the phone or under the screen, the get corroded and stuff and maybe that's the prob, u can easily scratch it, that should work.

yeah i thought that could be a possibility but i just got the phone only about 2 months ago, the metal things are touching tho and theyre not really scratched i tried tho and still nothing is happening, im going to ask nokia

either that or i think you can get a replacement part for the screen i think,shudnt b to much money
