My 3587 is stuck in analog at home and work. My wife has the same phone and hers is fine. We got Alltel to run a trouble ticket, they say their towers are fine. We switched phones three times with the same results. We then tried a Kyocera with the same results. Alltel says the only thing left to do is change my phone number, but I really don't want to do that. Has anyone else had this problem?Anybody know how to fix it?

Sometimes, you have to totally close out and reopen your account. That has helped for some SMS Message problems i have been having.

Apparently there is an ID number that is usually the same as your phone number. This number allows the computer to recognize your phone. After 4 weeks of talking to tech reps and going to the retail store, swapping phones and reprogramming, I found a tech rep that knew what to do. She simply gave me a new ID number. Didn't change my phone number but everything is working fine. Probably did the same thing that your recommended. Thanks.
