6230 soft problem

I uploaded through IRda ,using NOKIA PC Suite 5.8 some games and now when I try to access the Applications/Collection dir and "Select Application" the phone switches off and then on again.
I can't delete the games from NOKIA PC Suite.
how can I see all the files and folders on the phone?
please help
