Nokia 3205 irda

My friend has a nokia 3205 with Smartcom (My wireless company in CHile)
but when i try to send him, ringtones, images,etc by IrDa with my Siemens C66 nothing happens but when I send him contacts always works
Why's That?
It's the Nokia IrDa Locked?
