Nokia 3300 and Mp3 ringtones?

Hello, i am new here to these fourms and hope to be a productive member here.


now pertaing to my topic. I have a Nokia 3300 music phone (just got it) and have been able to download Mp3's to listen to on it and they sound pretty good, but i was wondering can the 3300 use mp3's as ringtones? and if so how can i get my phone to do it? is there software i can download or does it just not use mp3's as ringtones.

I will say i would find it kind of assinine(sp?) to be able to listen to mp3's on the 3300 but not be able to use them as ringtones.


i will be thankful for any help anyone can give me.

P.S. i did a search before posting and didn't see anything on this, unless i missed something.
