N80 CDMA and work w/ Verizon?

The N80 appears to support at least some form of both GSM and CDMA (EGSM 850/900/1800/1900 + WCDMA 2100 GHz). Does this mean it would work completely well with Verizon?

Also, since wouldn't be buying it directly from Verizon since they dont actually sell it themselves, would it be extremely difficult to set it up to connect to/work with all of Verizon's services?
