Nokia 6101 camera problem. Help

Hi everybody!
I just bought Nokia 6101 cellphone and my camera refuses to work. It fails to shoot both pics and videos. It's says something like "the camera is in standby mode" and nothing happens. What can I do with that?
P.S. I'm sorry for my English.

press Option when the camera is in standby mode then Press on Continue see if that works

when the camera is in standby there is the options down the bottom 'options' 'continue' and 'exit'

pressing on continue gives me another operation failed message then goes back to 'camera on standby'

and there is no settings in options for having the camera on standby

try formating the phone not the memory by doing these steps

- type *#7370#
- when it asks for lock code type 12345

and try using the camera again

so i just type *#7370# and try to 'call' it?
i tried that and got a 'result unknown' message.

Menu >> settings >> General >> Orig. Phone Settings


then type 12345 in the lock code

hey guys, im having the same problem with my 6101.. did any of you find out what the problem was?.. did anybody fix it?.. i tried restore factory settings.. but i still have the problem..
Hope someone can post the solution for this..

I think the phone needs to go back a buddy of mine has the same phone, they swapped it out for him
