fdd bts carrier lock - help

Can anyone teach me how to lock and then unlock to a particular scrambling code (3G) using net monitor? i have a net monitor on my cellphone and i want to use it to lock on a particular scrambling code when at 3G. I saw a page in netmonitor (46.6) which has a title "FDD BTS carrier lock" so i thought it is possible to lock to a particular scrambling code.

I already know how to lock and unlock to a particular channel when at GSM. Can anyone help me on this???

have you found out how to do lock the carrier yet? i have a Nokia phone with NetMon but can't seem to get it to lock.

any help is appreciated.
