Nobody is responsible but you if you mess up your phone. I would not recommend using an unlock code posted publicly by an anonymous stranger. You have better chances with a website like
this one BUT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING if they give you the wrong code or you enter it wrong and kill your phone. (If possible I recommend you get it unlocked through your service provider or through an independently owned cell phone retailer!)
