Confused. Please Help ASAP

Hi, first of all please to meet you all.

I am interested in buying a new mobile phone as the one I own now is getting too old. I am interested in the Nokia N70. These last days I read many reviews on this mobile phone and many said that it has problems like:

1). Responding too slow;
2). Battery life is too short (you have to recharge it even after 3 days);
3). Back sliding cover of the camera is a pain in the xxx; and
4). Sometimes prone to crashing.

Even in this forum, many owners of the N70 encountered some problems

I will appreciate it if any of you can give me a better idea about the N70 cause now I am in a real dilemma.
