Nokia 6275i

I have just got the Nokia6275i from Bell Mobility. I want to create my own ringtone from a wave file. After looking at the default ringtones on the phone, they appear to be aac files. I converted my wave file to aac but the phone won't allow me to set it as a ringtone....

Any ideas?
