Nokia 6103 Ringtone Frequency

I have a TY-Mobile Nokia 6103 and am trying to find out the ringtone frequency so I can create and send myself ringtones. I'm a do-it-yourselfer type of guy and am not paying a DIME for a ringtone that I can make and send myself. I already have the software and everything. I just need to know what frequency i need the mp3 to be in. I'm using Cool Edit Pro. please help me. thank you.
