My cellphone recently having some troubles like hanging or restart on its own... our service provider have some technical difficulties in our area thats why sometimes SMS arrived very late or not at all and i discovered if i turned off then turned it on again the messages soon enters my cellphone...is there a connection between the trouble hanging of my phone and the often cellphone restarting? thank you so much any help is greatly appreciated...
