Nokia PHone HELP!!! PLZ!!

IS it possible to change or adjust the frequency to 850 MHz??? this is really important. email me @ flipsrcool@yahoo.com if you have any answers. MY phone is a nokia 5300 xpressmusic. please help if you can.
