2366i Screen Question

I just got my new Nokia 2366i in the mail. I have a question for anyone else who has this model: is the external screen really low quality? I mean, it has rolling bars, like when you see a television or computer screen shown on television. It's not a problem, really, but I want to check if this is normal. (I figure that if I call Nokia or Verizon, they won't understand what I'm talking about.)
