I'm considering getting a Nokia N95. I read on Cnet though about low battery life and sluggish performance. Is this true?
That's expected for a device that pushes out alot of power and features while still using the same battery technology that other cell phones use. Symbian phones have normally been a tad slow. However, they have somewhat improved in responsiveness.

What I like from this cell phone is 5 Mpx camera, video recording, support hsdpa, and voice recording. It's a good cell phone.
Have u tried N95 8 GB? My cousin has one. He said the the batteray life is longer than standard N95.
Ive found the N95 to be pretty good, Ive installed Divx and a 6 gig card and its great for films and photos with the large screen. My previous phone was a 3.2 mpixel K800i, I have to say that the camera on this is far superior IMO. The N95 just cant deal with movement with photos often blurred, Ive tried it on its sports setting and although better it lags way behind the K800i. If sony improve the applications on theyre next generation Ill be switching back.
