Nokia 6500 Classic

Hiya,

I would like to have more feedback on the 6500 classic.
I have a black one and its ****. Its been changed twice. Doesnt charge properly, and the battery olny last a day.

Please let me know if you have any problems with yours.

These must be hit or miss. I have had it for a week and love it. Charges fine and the battery holds a charge for 3-4 days. I do not use bluetooth but do have dual network 3G enabled. I believe mine is of asian origin. Havent figured out which country yet. it came with firmware 4.84. I think it's a awsome phone.
Only bug I have found is that the countdown timer stops everytime it goes into stand by, which pretty much makes it useless.

I just verified mine was made in Finland and assembled in 1/08. Good luck with your phone

Thanks. so how do u know where is it made?

I went off the product number under the battery, but I am not sure how reliable that is now. Different websites say different places of origin. Mine could be Malaysia or Finland.

Mine sais is made in Hungary

Ive got mine from carphone wearhouse one and a half month ago and its my second, and i believe i gonna take this back as well, coz the battery life is **** and the charger is crap too.

I got mine from a store front cell phone dealer in L.A.
