[Blind Browsing] Need some help - all you guys can provide !

Hey everyone !
I am having really big troubles her...
Let me explain....
I have my phone, a nokia 6070, wich is actually working, exwcept for the screen (!)...
Okay, i'l probably have to change it...
But i really need some phone numbers (girls inside)... So i'd like to copy numbers from phone memory to SIM card, but without a screen, he !
So i d like somone to tell me how to do that when i'm blind, like,
"press up, up up,down, validate, up, up, validate, down, down..." etc...
The one who would tell me so would be a real hero to me, and i hope i'll find somone who wont let me alone in this situation...

up "mark all"
click
left soft key
click "copy marked"
