[Question] Self-Designing Nokia-Themes...

I am graphics designer and want to pimp my own phone. What i lack is technical knowledge about software to generate themes. Is there any around or is it just not possible without big efforts?

http://www.ownskin.com makes it very simple, they have icons, backgrounds etc...you can even upload your own.

If you want to get really in depth and creative you can download Nokia's theme creator.
