    Nokia has a new flagship phone. The details on the N97 includes a 3.5-inch, 640 x 360 pixel, touchscreen display with tactile feedback and QWERTY keyboard into this sliding phone with an "always open" window to internet or social networking sites such as Facebook. Nokia calls it the "world's most advanced mobile computer." Included in this phone, Nokia added the HSDPA, WiFi, and Bluetooth radios, A-GPS, a 3.5-mm headjack, 32GB of onboard memory with microSD expansion (for up to 48GB total capacity), and a battery capable of up to 1.5 days of continuous audio playback or 4.5-hours video. 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss glass and "DVD quality" video capture at 30fps, too. The N97 will launch with a retail price set at around $693.00. phone to ship in 2009.

    Does Nokia n97 has a camera flash??? Somewhere i red that it does not have a flash so that makes it crappy phone :S.........i can't take pictures at night :S

    I cannot comment about this phone yet because I have not used it. But a 400MHz processor in a $700 phone seems weak. That's equally as fast as the 3G iPhone, no? And not that much faster than the 2G?

    I will try out this phone this week/weekend but there is no way I will be buying it even if I find it to be 'better' then the 3G S. I don't have $700 to spend. Most people don't in times like these. $100 for the 32GB iPhone after I sell my 2G is far easier to swallow then $500.
