try to format your phone, how? try to search it by how to format + your phone model no. if does't help then you got big trouble which you can't get help from here

restart phone or read the manual book then reset the phone hopefully it will work

If the phone is on contract take it back if not listen to these guys and reformat your phone!

When your phone states "contact the retailer" its a terminal error.
This cannot be fixed at home, you will need to take it to a Nokia Care Point.
