Carphone Warehouse under investigation by Nokia

Carphone Warehuse is apparently under investigation by Nokia UK for selling tens of thousands of 5530 XpressMusic phones on the grey market.

Carphone had ordered 130,000 Nokia 5530 from Nokia UK and began selling them on August 11. Over half of the devices were sold at rock bottom prices, hurting the sales of the UK accredited partners.

The questions is why would Nokia sell to carphone Warehouse at prices lower than it sells to its UK accredited partners?

someone at Nokia dropped the ball. i'm sure carphone Warehouse is selling to make a profit.
