Freeware for exporting phonebook and calendar data?

Hi all,

Could anyone recommend a free software that allows you to export phonebook contacts and Calendar data (reminders, etc) from a Nokia Symbian phone into a DOC/XLS/CSV file? I've been searching for a few hours now, and all I could find is paid software (Oxygen, Mobiledit, etc).

I know there's the free Nokia Content Copier (or Nokia Backup) included in PC Suite, but that only copies your phonenbook/calendar data in an encapsulated file, whereas I'd like the phonebook contacts and calendar data to be exported each to an indivual file that can opened with Word or Excel.
