Is it possible to transfer pictures from an old Nokia 7250I to my new Nokia 5800?

Hi,
I'm pretty sure it's not possible, but I want to transfer pictures from my old Nokia 7250I to my new nokia 5800. I've searched through both phones for a way, but my sim card from my old nokia is years out of date, and when I try to send the pictures via MMS it just puts them in my outbox and doesn't send. And all it has is infrared as a means of transferring, which I can't even work out how to utilise to send a picture, nor can I find such outdated technology on my new Nokia.

If anyone has any way to do it, however complicated then please tell me.

Do they have bluetooth or mini usb. If they do, it will be esay to tansfer between two phones.
