I have a Cell Phone Nokia 1600. I was using this phone in Nigeria with MTN SIM CARD. I tried to use it here in Canada with Fido SIM Card but could not use. The phone was locked. I tried to unlock it and tried 5 times with the IMEI number but could not unlock. It is now permanently locked. How can I get it Unlocked so that It may be used on Fido network.
