my nokia 5130 xpress music won't restart

my phone went out of battery while i was listening to music. and it won't start up. i's so annoying. when i try to switch it on, it shows the nokia logo and screen goes white. This had happened once before, but it started after some trials. please, please, please, please, if anyone can help me.
when i plug the charger the battery charges like a normal phone. I tried change battery too: nothing.

is it charged? Try taking out the battery and putting it back in. If that doesn't work trying plugging in the wall charger.
