You mean the security code? By default its 12345. Usually, if you've been a customer of theirs for some time, they will provide you with an unlock code for free. This is, by far, the best way to get your phone unlocked.

Hi cell-unlocker, thanks for the info. I have had this kind of problems in the past and have always been bringing my phone to a mobile repair shop and pay them for the unlocking services. I haven't tried what you have posted above, but will surely ask for your help just in case I or anyone I know encounter this kind of problem again.
