    Hi,
    Try the default Nokia codes "0000" or "1234", if it still doesn't work you can use Master reset code and completely reset your phone, thus removing any security locks!! You can get the master reset code from **** , they provide free codes with simple unlocking instructions!!

    what model is it? you might be able to hard reset the phone without a code.
