I guess I'm basically looking for something like the Nokia 6300 but with Dual sim operating at the same time.

Any recommendations?

I don't know about dual sim but let me know what you think abou the Nokia X2.

I know that nokia dual sim card phone , can not, have both sims operational at the same time.
you can use samsung .that can very better choice.
