N85 FM Transmitter Inactive Status Always At Off?

Hi!

I have a problem with my nokia N85 FM transmitter.When I want activate my FM transmitter I clik yes on the keypad and the status rest at off.With my first N85 i had no problem with FM transmitter, it worked perfectly.But now, it's impossible to activate the FM transmitter, the status rest always at off. I have reinstall the firmawre (v31.002, EURO3), hard reset, origin configuration, change frequency, but nothing change, it's impossible to activate.

Please suggest.
